Secure 20ft storage containers Convenient self-storage High demand – limited availability
Marriot Road, Swinton, Mexborough S64 8AGSince launching the Resilienti Storage site in Swinton, Mexborough at the start of 2025, the development has continued to go from strength to strength.
We grew occupancy to 70% within the first five months and reached over 90% occupancy within the first year.
Alongside that growth, our SEO-led local marketing strategy helped the site achieve a #1 Google ranking, significantly increasing local visibility and enquiries.
The site then became fully let, with strong demand continuing and a waiting list building for additional storage space.
To meet that demand, we ordered more 20ft self-storage containers to expand the site further. The first of the new containers have now arrived, with more due over the next couple of months as we continue increasing capacity.
It’s great to see the development progress from a new storage site into a fully occupied and expanding facility, with continued demand from customers across Swinton, Mexborough and the surrounding area.
